Our Story

Gold Coast Pilates began with a simple frustration: loving the idea of Pilates, but not the studio price tag, the commute, or the bulky equipment that doesn't fit in a Hong Kong flat. We wanted something that captured that easy, sun-on-your-skin Gold Coast feeling — practice on your own time, in your own space, at your own pace. So we built a set that folds down small but still gives you a full, considered workout. This isn't about chasing a number on a scale. It's about giving yourself fifteen minutes that are genuinely yours.

Gold Coast Pilates 嘅出現源於一個好簡單嘅想法：鐘意普拉提，但唔想畫貴貴嘅studio月費，唔想日日搭車，屋企又儙位放大型器材。我哋想將Gold Coast嘅阳光、輕鬆生活態度帶畑你 — 唔自己屋企、自己時間、自己節奏去練習。呢個唔係為嚥追求體重機上嘅數字，而係想畫返你自己十五分鐘嘅時間。
